    • The entire process will be planned and organized in advance and in detail.

    • We will constantly update all parties regarding transit time, routing details and other related information, such as:  when the booking with the Airline/Steamship is done, our receipt of a complete Shipping Advice including all the details, shipper, consignee, pick up time, flight/vessel info, ETD and ETA, etc. As well as when the goods have been collected; when the container is loaded and sealed; when dispatch is completed and the flight/vessel has departed.  All this will be supported by phone calls and photos.

    6 WHEN YOU HAVE AN INBOUND SERVICE...

    • We will request from your client exact paperwork needed to clear the shipment, explain to them how to obtain them and counsel them on the best and easiest way to clear the shipment given their personal situation and the characteristics of the shipment itself.

    • We will confirm receipt in advance of the necessary paperwork and information for the Import Customs Clearance, followed by review and check in order to make sure that the process is flawless and fast.

    • We will confirm a green light to forward shipment upon our confirmation that all documentation is in order.

    • Prompt updating regarding: – Flight/vessel arrival to the APOE/POE, Customs clearance and transport to the final place of delivery

    • We will organize delivery with shipper, keeping you informed, confirm successful delivery and a final full Delivery Report will follow accordingly .

    • At the end of each service, receipt of a Customer Satisfaction Questionnaire to keep records and monitor Customer’s satisfaction.
