I moved from Ireland to the Netherlands and If I could give 10 stars instead of five to BLISS I totally would. The best moving company ever, really professional efficient caring and down to earth. I move quite often between country’s and Bliss is the only moving company that I will call again. Fantastic people. Francesco and Diego have been simply amazing, always available all the time for any question I had (I’m a really difficult customer) and always in contact with me with updates all the time. I’m actually sad that I will not talk to them till the next move. I’m recommending them to all the people I know that needs a moving company because I trust them 100%. Il sopralluogo, nonostante effettuato da remoto, è stato dettagliato e preciso. Ho apprezzato il supporto, la professionalità e la disponibilità di Claudio che ha coordinato l'organizzazione del trasporto, rendendola molto rapida in risposta all'urgenza evidenziata, e senza alcun intoppo nè al ritiro nè alla consegna.

Great service. They helped me ship products from a small town in Italy all the way to Melbourne, Australia. Shipment arrived on time and was delivered directly to my door, nothing was missing and everything was in good condition as it was first shipped.

Very satisfied with the service. Household objects were packed in the right way: objects that could be damaged during moving were protected well and at the right places. And in comparison with the previous moving company, they did not dismantle smaller furniture like coffee table or chairs, which means less possibility for damage. Assembly teams and relationship manager Diego were helpful and made the whole moving process easy.

Nonostante abbia avuto grandi problemi con la società a cui Bliss si appoggia e diversi danni, devo fare una particolare menzione a Claudio Molinari che ha saputo gestire la situazione al meglio andando oltre le semplici aspettative di un cliente ed essendo sempre molto professionale e presente dall’inizio fino alla fine, anche dopo aver lasciato l’Italia. È grazie a lui e solamente a lui che la mia valutazione è 5 stelle e raccomanderò la Bliss in futuro per Claudio Molinari. La sua professionalità e cordialità e soprattutto attenzione verso il cliente è ad oggi una cosa rara che va premiata e riconosciuta.
